COVATE SOFT is a combination of two medicines i.e. Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% & Ammonium Lactate 12% which is mainly used in treating skin infection. This medication is also used for Corticosteroid -responsive dermatoses, Moderate to severe plaque-type psoriasis, Dry skin, Scaly skin, Ichthyosis Vulgaris and other conditions.

• Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% is a topical (for the skin) steroid used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.
• Ammonium lactate is a combination of lactic acid and ammonium hydroxide. Ammonium lactate is a moisturizer. It is used in treating dry, scaly, itchy skin.

COVATE SOFT is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions, and symptoms:
